Manufacturing

As part of the Lone Star PRD Group, Triplefast Middle East has access to hi-tech manufacturing plants for bolting and machined components, in addition to their own stud bolt manufacturing facility.

Hot Forging

Group capacity consists of six vertical forging presses with a manufacturing range of up to 100mm (4 in) diameter, with modern induction heating. In-house tool making facilities enable the production of standard and special head forms on short lead times.

CNC Machining

Continual investment has resulted in a comprehensive CNC machining capacity manufacturing products in all materials up to 300 mm (12”) diameter.
